The robotic voice emerged from the ring on Arkan's finger, interrupting his thoughts and leaving the mighty ruler momentarily speechless. He lowered his gaze toward the artifact, his draconic eyes narrowing as he processed the message. For several seconds, he simply stared at it, as though expecting the words to change into something more reasonable.
