At the heart of the Nine Empyrean Suns Universe, surrounded by mountains bathed in lightning capable of killing Overgods, oceans powerful enough to drown entire planes, and volcanic ranges that spewed rivers of lava toward the highest heavens, stood a magnificent city unlike anything else in existence.
