Rui had to admit that he was impressed with how quickly she created a clone of herself on the very first go. Not even he had got it done that quickly the first time around. When he broke through to Transcendence, he relied on an existing clone that he simply tinkered to match his current body.
What he found to be especially interesting was that the clone's body contained the same Legislated laws that her existing body possessed. Which meant that she carried much more Legislated mass in her body than would otherwise appear to be the case on the surface.
The Web Conqueror, the leader of the War Faction, had also had an extremely Legislated body, which did cause him to wonder— "Do all Divine Mothers above a certain level choose to Legislate their bodies?"
