As she spoke, Charlotte Thompson cupped Olivia Thompson's little face, then looked at the other children.
"Mommy is here, you can tell me anything you want to say."
As soon as Charlotte finished speaking, Olivia reached out and hugged her arm, then said softly:
"Mommy Charlotte, could you take me to see mommy?"
The fingertip that had been gathering the strands of hair by Olivia's cheek paused slightly upon hearing her words.
Then, Charlotte grasped Olivia's arm, saying nothing but signaling her with her gaze to continue talking.
Olivia sniffed, turned to Charlotte, and said:
"I just called mommy… It seems like something might have happened over there."
The more Olivia spoke, the more her voice was filled with worry.
Although Olivia had been brought back by Charlotte, her heart remained concerned about Annie Anne and Oliver Hudson in the hospital.
