Two hearts are on the same rhythm.
Dazzling eyes and a warm smile—they couldn't keep from hiding them.
Everything felt so proud and new,
Red is so red; can't even adjust the hue.
Cake so sweet, sprinkles pure sugars in it,
One mind kept asking, "Is he really the one who baked it?"
Piece by piece she chewed it.
Can hardly digest it, but kept eating it,
This distance is the tallest wall through the truth.
Letting things flow to whatever it is, pure or hurt.
Maybe distance spoke between their feelings.
She couldn't help but overthink with a million feelings.
Assuming that their mind was just busy on something,
Maybe the reason why the gap kept increasing was that it was constantly filling in with
She couldn't even determine
The truth is she can't really define
But, because everything felt like lightning,
Came with intense love and overwhelming words of love, and she believed them.
But as the temperature was low, everything felt constantly fading.
What's left is only the unknown hurt feeling.
Seems like she's always under this heavy rain.
Came along with thunder in the distance signaling;
"Once over, the only thing left to feel is the chasing of nothing."
From two hearts cascading on the same rhythm,
From the love they brought so alive,
Until they couldn't even hear their heart beating,
Here comes a testimony of the dead heart.
The cause of death is the speed of the car.
From a distance that's crashed the whole soulful heart,
But what is really excruciating is pulling the pedals, but it still hits hard.
