John, already worried, entered the gym and saw the fruit he had brought an hour earlier—completely untouched by Hong Bo. She wasn't eating properly and was pushing herself far beyond her body's limits.
"Miss, you've been here for nearly three hours now..."
The echoing sounds of punches and kicks against the heavy bag finally ceased. Hong Bo simply grabbed a towel to wipe the sweat from her face and turned her attention back to John.
