Xu Yong really holds grudges.
Especially for what happened last time, which caused him to lose face.
With his cultivation at the Middle Stage Nascent Soul Realm at the time, he actually didn't pass the Daoist Alliance's assessment, while some disciples with lower strength did.
After returning to the Mixed Element Sect, he was ridiculed by many disciples, making him not dare to leave his cave dwelling for five years, instead focusing on intense cultivation.
After five years of effort, he broke through from the Middle Stage to the Late Stage of the Nascent Soul Realm.
Unfortunately, disciples who have failed the Daoist Alliance assessment before are not allowed to participate in the sect's baptism, otherwise, his strength could have improved further.
The Mixed Element Sect also has something similar to Shenxiao Sect's Profound Spirit Waterfall.
