Yan Hong and Wang Miaoxin's elimination caused Xu Yong's heart to sink, prompting him to quickly speed up and no longer target Jiang Ruoqing, Nangong Xue, and Nangong Yue.
Originally, with Xu Yong's late Nascent Soul strength, he could have reached a thousand zhang, or even reached the finish line.
After all, in the previous competition, multiple late Nascent Soul cultivators reached the end of the Path of Immortality.
But Xu Yong feared being targeted first by Zhou Qiqi and Xiao Ran.
When he reached five hundred zhang, Xu Yong voluntarily stepped off the Path of Immortality.
He proceeded to the second trial, Limyuan.
As for Jiang Ruoqing, Nangong Xue, and Nangong Yue, when they reached five hundred zhang, they were already struggling quite a bit.
Although they could continue a little longer, it was no longer important, as they needed to conserve their energy and True Qi for the second trial.
