● This rod is said to have once been equipped by a legendary wizard who helped defeat a titanic monster that plagued the Human Continent. He was rumored to have aided kings and queens during the continent's early formation. According to ancient tales, he was also the first-ever monarch of the Human Continent. He disappeared from history without ever revealing his true name, and with his vanishing, Monarch Sovereignty was lost forever.
● The rod is decorated with images of powerful wizards shielding others from harm. It appears to be made from a rare mixture of Adamantine, Mithril, and Orihalcon—though now, thanks to the Colossus, bits of ooze cling stubbornly to its surface.
● Must be equipped to gain the spell [Storm of Vengeance] and [Monarch's Might]. Unequipping will remove the spell and skill.
