Ren made quick mental calculations while dodging Gorm's furious swings. They still had Roxy, Nikolai, and the Swordsman left who could attract the monster's attention and had skills to escape — though just barely.
Without the [Smoke Duds], however, their best distraction could only buy them one minute at most. Thirty seconds if they were unlucky.
"Try to delay the aggro on you," Ren ordered, voice steady despite the chaos. "Don't use your [Blink] right away—wait until you absolutely have to!"
Roxy swallowed hard. Her palms were sweating, her heart pounding loud enough to drown out everything else. She nodded sharply, though her eyes darted nervously toward the massive figure in front of them.
She knew what she had to do—stall for time. But when Gorm tilted its head, flexing the enormous blade in its hand, fear took over.
And fear made her press [Blink] immediately.
A burst of light flashed as her body zipped across the field, far from Gorm's reach.
