I killed their momentum in this simple, brutal way, and I didn't stop with that opening move. I controlled the raised piece of earth to circulate around the entire aerial battlefield like a massive, orbiting moon, preventing any lizard from regrouping and knocking more out of the sky.
Then my Drags arrived. They simply hunted down the dispersed winged lizards, catching them in crossfires and burning them into ash.
"Follow my piece of dirt!" I shouted, and the Drags followed my instructions with precision. I placed that massive piece of ground at the forefront, using it as a kinetic shield while flying behind the rock with my chariot. As for my dragons, they surrounded me and took every chance to pick off any winged lizard that tried to flank us.
The aerial battle didn't last ten minutes. The entire five-thousand-strong group of winged lizards ended up scattered into a few miserable hundreds, fleeing all over the battlefield.
