"I want a share," Angelica blurted out, unable to hold herself back anymore. Her eyes darted between the mountain of monster materials and the glowing mental interface of the market. "I'm the one doing all this—the scanning, the buying, the logistics. So I shall get some for my trouble."
"I'll give you enough," I said, cutting her off to close the topic for now. I didn't have time for a union negotiation. "But you must do this alone. Don't trust anyone with the treasury. When you come back from the market interface, distribute the items to everyone as we discussed, and make sure to save an extra portion for ourselves."
