Barcelona.
After arriving in the city, Luke immediately met with the military base commander under SDD authority.
"The orders we received say Owen Shaw's next target is here. I need you to move the package out for transport—now," Luke said, blunt and direct.
"We've received no such instruction. "The commander studied Luke's rank and shook his head in dismissal. Luke wasn't high enough in the chain of command to make demands. And more importantly—the commander believed the component was safest inside his base.
Luke stared at the stubborn officer, headache already rising. At that moment, a soldier dragged another soldier forward.
"Instructor, he was tampering with the security-defence system."
Luke smirked. "Sir, looks like your base isn't as secure as you think."
A plane touched down outside.
"Commander, MI6—William Harcourt. "William strode up, badge out, cutting straight through protocol. "By authority of MI6, I'm ordering immediate transport of the package."
With MI6 present and outranking Luke, the commander had no choice but to comply.
Moments later, an M551 Sheridan light tank was rolled out and loaded into the armoured carrier.
"This is what Owen Shaw needs?" William asked.
"What they want is the chip component embedded in certain weapons systems. That tank has one installed. It's the only one with it," the commander explained. "Shaw's crew will come for it."
With the tank secured inside the armoured vehicle, personnel gathered in the control centre to monitor the movement.
Everyone knew the base was the safer location—but that wasn't the point.
They weren't trying to protect the chip.
They were trying to draw out Owen and Cole Shaw.
Keeping the tank inside the base would guarantee the Shaws avoided the location completely.
So the tank became bait.
A lure for bigger prey.
Inside the control centre, eyes locked onto every camera feed, they waited for Owen Shaw's attack.
⸻⸻
Meanwhile.
Cole and Owen spotted the armoured vehicle exiting the base.
Cole smirked. "Alright, Owen. Your turn."
"Relax. Watch me work."
Owen led his crew toward the highway, engines roaring.
Cole, meanwhile, suited up in a stolen uniform and prepared to slip inside the base. This was Phase Two of the plan.
"Christmas—give me a heads-up when Luke and the others roll out."
With the base's attention fixed on the armoured vehicle, internal security had gone lax. Perfect.
There were two chip components in this base. One inside the tank. The other integrated into the base's own control system.
Owen uncovered this by bribing the officer from the previous base—a detail no one else knew.
The base commander believed the tank held the only one.
With MI6 inserted into the operation, the old plan was useless.
MI6 didn't trust Dominic.
Dominic couldn't freely get near the component.
This wasn't the movie anymore—Luke wasn't the only point of authority.
And MI6 wouldn't hesitate to destroy the component if it meant killing Owen.
This highway ambush was a distraction—a cover for the real mission.
"Cole, Luke and the others are pulling out."
⸻⸻
As soon as Luke, William, and their teams saw the armoured vehicle come under attack on the highway, they geared up and moved.
Helicopters lifted off, rotors cutting the air.
⸻⸻
Highway.
After Owen and his crew cut down the transport guards, they moved into position and seized the tank.
Then—
THUMP-THUMP-THUMP!
Three MI6 helicopters dropped out of the sky, opening rapid fire on the armoured vehicle.
Behind them, Luke and Dominic closed in. Luke was driving an SDD-issue pursuit car: a weaponized replica of Cole's combat Hummer—minus the EMP.
⸻⸻
At the same time
Caesar, Christmas, Simon, and Ross launched in two helicopters, moving to intercept MI6 in the air.
Below: Owen's team battling Luke's convoy. Above: Cole's team hunting MI6.
⸻⸻
Inside the base.
Cole moved fast, following the route relayed from the highway.
The control centre held only the commander and two operators.
Cole slid a fingerprint-hijack device over the lock, cracked the code in under a minute, and slipped inside.
He raised his pistol and BANG! BANG!
Dropped the two operators instantly.
The commander jolted but didn't panic—he tried to keep his composure.
"Who the hell are you—Owen Shaw or Cole Shaw?"
Cole smiled. "Sir, I'm going to need your help. Cooperate."
"You're insane." The commander glared.
"It's not up to you."
Cole shoved him to the floor, pistol to the skull. "Read it."
The commander hesitated—but he knew he'd die if he didn't.
He complied, reciting the sequence.
[COMMS] Ghost: "Arthur, readings confirmed."
Cole knocked the commander out cold and injected him with a heavy sedative—ten hours of sleep, minimum.
He scanned his own face with the 3D-printer scanner.
Then he scanned both operators.
⸻⸻
Outside the base.
Caesar and Yin Yang had already prepared the disguise gear.
They masked themselves using the freshly printed operator faces and uniforms.
They infiltrated the base cleanly and moved directly toward the control room.
After handing over the 3D-printed facial scans and materials to Cole, they dragged the unconscious bodies into a hidden compartment.
Now, Cole, Caesar, and Yin Yang controlled the entire base."
"Owen, Always & Forever…"
