Lily walked into the classroom with Jackson right behind her. Lily sat in the very back while Jackson sat in the middle, talking to his friends. Lily looked around for the girl Jackson had eyes for. (Where are you…oh, found you…Wraith!)
"Wraith, sit next to me." Lily said as Wraith walked into class. Wraith had very light blue eyes, long black hair that was tied up with two bangs In the front, she wore a white skirt that covered half of her thighs, a white shirt tucked in, and white air forces. She immediately locked eyes with Jackson and Jackson locked eyes with her. She lightly bit her lip and quickly sat down next to Lily. Wraith pulled out her notes and began writing in them. "Hey, you still haven't talked to him yet…have you?" Lily asked. "Nope." Wraith quickly answered. "Hmm…I see…that's no good then, huh?" Lily got up and packed her things. She walked up to Jackson and whispered something in his ear. "What? No there's not." Jackson replied. "Would you just get the hell up and find it?!" Lily argued. Jackson gathered his things and stood up, seeming like a giant to the rest of the classroom. Jackson stood at 6'4 and was a very cunning kid. He took a seat next to Wraith and the two said nothing to each other. Jackson look over to see Wraith still writing. "Wraith.." Jackson said softly. "Yes?" Wraith answered while still writing in her notes. "You uhh…you always write?"
"All the time."
(You're always cute?)
"Oh? You do it for a hobby or?…."
"When I'm home I find peace in writing. I can express how I feel. And…show my true self without any judgment in a way. Especially long walks on a beautiful day like today." Wraith replied. "True self huh? I think I get that. I'm usually alone if I'm not with Jodi or Lily. I find…comfort when I have my thoughts to myself." Jackson said. Jackson noticed Wraith hadn't even looked at him once, she just continued to write down. "Umm…could I…possibly go on a walk-"
"Yes." Wraith quickly said as she looked at Jackson with a little smile on her face. "Great. I'll see you after school?"
"Absolutely." Wraith replied. (He's so cute!)

School was over and Lily waited for Jodi outside in front of the building. The sun was so bright and intense, Lily was about to leave. "Too damn hot for me. Jodi was supposed to be out here a while-no way!!!" Lily stormed into the building to find Jodi quickly. Jodi was still in his classroom, talking with the teacher and some students. "You're really smart, Jodi. Maybe…you could give me some lessons sometime?" A girl asked in a flirtatious way.
"Nope. He gives me enough lessons." Lily said as she pushed open the door. She grabbed Jodi by his hand and pulled him out of the room. "You seriously need to point out flirting dude!"
"They weren't flirting! They were simply asking for some lessons! You shouldn't assume they want to go out with me or something." Jodi said.
"Nope. She wanted you, babe. You're just too much of a nice guy sometimes."
"Hmm…I guess I'll try to spot them out better." Jodi laughed as the two ran out of the building and towards the arcade down the street.

Jackson walked on the sidewalk with Wraith. Wraith was on the far end, not next to the road, while Jackson was on her left. "I never asked you, but why is it you always walk alone? I've seen you multiple times-"
"Oh, so you've been stalking me?" Wraith asked. "N-no not at all. I just notice you is all." Jackson replied. "A lot of people don't notice me. I am on the quiet side. I…struggle with talking to anyone, really."
"Well you can talk to me anytime. We are comrades after all. Did you hear about the meeting coming up?" Jackson asked.
"Yes, I've heard about it. Not sure if i feel like seeing or meeting any new faces. I just like to stay inside."
"Yeah, I know what you mean."
"Hahaha! Don't be silly. You hangout with people and very popular."
"It's all a mask." Jackson whispered. "What did you say?" Wraith asked. "I said…it's all a mask. To be honest, Wraith…I'm pretty lonely. I go home to a empty house. No mother. Father. Siblings. Everyone…everyone is gone. Even…my damn butler." Jackson stopped walking and closed his eyes. "Close your eyes, Wraith. I want you to imagine yourself standing alone…alone in a great big open field. Nothing but green grass…clear blue skies…and gentle wind, like a brush across a canvas. You'll imagine how gentle and peaceful it is to be alone. But even in such a beautiful place, eventually…you'll want another person to also be there with you." Jackson said, opening his eyes. "I wouldn't…I wouldn't mind being with you in the field." Wraith said as she looked down and twirled her left foot.

"Again. This time, try not to focus too much on your energy. You need to learn to manage your jinn energy, Ahana." Joey sighed. Ahana breathed hard from all of the intense physical training. "You rely so much on that eye." Joey said. "Well…who wouldn't use their own powers in a fight?!" Ahana spat back. Joey tilted his head. "You think I've done that? I've used nothing but my fist in every single altercation we've been in with a jinn or the jinn slayer corporation."
"Right. That's because me and you have two different abilities and philosophies."
"Tell me your philosophy then."
"Whoever tries to kill us…we kill them, simple as that, big brother."
"Killing will do no good. Would it really make you feel better to just wipe out the entire jinn slayer corporation?" Joey asked.
"Absolutely. That way, we don't have to keep running and we can get revenge for our parents. I don't rely solely on my eye, dickhead. Even if I did, i would have the advantage because of it. Why don't you train me to unlock more of my eye? More of my full potential?!"
"That eye isn't the only thing you have to offer. One day, you'll be backed into a corner…no eye of god, no powers, and no hope of winning. You'll have to rely on using your energy smart and actually using hand-to-hand combat."
"Let's go right now, Joey." Ahana said, flaring her jinn energy. "Don't raise it to high…you'll attract attention we don't want." Joey said, also showing off his energy. The two just stared at each other, Joey the serious one and Ahana with a smile on her face. "Come here, Joey. I've been wanting to spare with you for a while now. Let's go for 30seconds. I wanna see what my big brother has up his sleeve in a fight!"
"Not today. Lower your energy, Ahana." Joey said as he stopped. Ahana didn't listen, she only raised her energy higher. "Did you not…hear what I said?"
"Oh, I heard you big brother. I just don't care. Screw the hand-to-hand stuff. We live in a world of jinn energy, the core of where we get our strength. I can already fight. I'm well good enough with jinn energy. Now I wanna put it up against you." Ahana said with Joey glaring into her eyes. (I train Ahana in a way to where she won't grow much stronger than me. Ahana physically and energy wise puts me to shame…I'm aware of that. Not her. I train her on subjects that she doesn't need, to slow down her progress of being the strongest. I can't have her outmatch me…not again.)
"Have it your way. We can train…a little more about how to utilize your energy in combat). It was like Ahana snapped out of it. She smiled and jumped while clapping her hands. "Yay!! I'm so excited!! Thanks bro!!" Ahana laughed, holding out her fist for a fist bump. "You've gotta be kidding me." Joey sighed.

Jackson,Jodi, Lily, and Wraith all sat down at the gaming table. "Which game first?!" Lily asked. "We've got jumper of voids, rose rush, candy snap, robbers and thieves, angels attack, or-"
"Holy ya, Let's just do can't snap." Jackson sighed. "Screw you price!" Lily said back. "Oh, don't be like that. I promise to not win so badly this time." Jackson laughed. Jodi moved away from the trio quietly as he rushed to the bathroom. He checked every stall before he clapped his hands twice. A powerful presence clouded over the bathroom. A jinn towered over him with its two large horns. "It's starting to get harder and harder keeping you in. Why do you always want to come out mother? You know my friends aren't comfortable with you out around me…especially Lily."
"You…your….friend….don't-"
"Mother, please. Just…you can be out, but just stay small. You haven't been able to talk right for some time now." Jodi said as he rubbed the jinn's face softly. "It's okay…I'm here."
******
"How the hell…did you let those two get away?!" Amber shouted. "Slipped by…my comrade was also injured during the altercation. Couldn't beat Ahana and Joey together." Rick explained. Amber sighed and pulled out sheets of paper. "I'm not even sure where else those two will go. This is all-"
"A waste of time? I totally agree." Sasha, the leader of the dark clan interrupted. "I only called the meeting with you two because it's too much work to get everyone and your pups all in one place. I'm aware you all are having a meeting soon, yes?"
"Yeah." Rock replied.
"Good. I need you to tell your pups and any other slayers, to stand down on the hunt for Joey and Ahana."
"Why the hell would we do that?" Amber asked, leaning in closer. "The clans are taking this matter…into their own hands." Sasha explained. Amber gave Rock a cold glare when hearing those words. "The two remaining clans…have come together and made a plan on how to deal with Ahana and Joey?"
"Well…I'd personally like Ahana to die. But, if they two of them go, I won't be against it. But yes, Amber, the clans have come together and formulated a plan which I'm almost 100% certain to work. You and the slayers can relax. Unless the angels say otherwise of course!" Sasha said with a smile.
******
"Bullshit. I don't trust the clans, believe it or not. They don't care about the public or the lives around them. They'll easily harm innocents to get what they want." Amber sighed as they walked down the quiet road. "So what do you suggest we do? We can't defy them. After all, ever since that girl Elizabeth slaughtered the entire Tojo clan, the two clans have been wanting to keep their distance from the slayer corporation. It's dumb…being that her family served the Tojo clan personally. It was bound to happen sooner or later." Rock signed. "I forgot about that girl. She slaughtered the clan and just…vanished about 9 months ago, right?"
"Yep. That's another very powerful enemy we will have to keep an eye out for." Rock added. "It's weird tho. I don't remember the leaders ever personally coming to meet anyone." Amber said.
"Remember what I said about Elizabeth? Yeah, the remaining clans killed a majority of their workers. It was a complete slaughter." Rock explained. "Yeah, that's about right. I only wonder…if the clans will ever try that with us slayers. We haven't had an insane-level fighter in years. We'd be at a disadvantage in a full-on war with the clans." Amber said.
"Huh? You haven't heard…have you?" Rick asked her with a smirk on his face.
"Heard what?"
"Apparently, Astor and Duce ran into someone who crosses the insane-level status. It's only been passed to me and Hercules. I'm giving you that information also. The guy won't be with us, bet he is also searching for Joey. Easy to say he would even possibly help us. Seems like…we might use him for protection in case the clans do get smart ideas." Rock explained. "You shoudve told me from the jump, man!" Amber sighed. "But it's good. We will tell our pups tomorrow. We will see if the clans really do have a good plan or not." Amber said. "Sounds good to me. Peace." Rick waved goodbye to Amber and turned in the opposite direction. Amber continued her walk down the road and began to breath heavily. Amber reached for her heart and began to cry. "My stupid curse…."
