Inside the Hospital
As Wanwan came out of the bathroom, she saw Ruan Mengxi standing at the door of the ward in a daze. Just as she was about to speak, another familiar voice rang out.
"Why are you standing at the door?"
It was Qi Zeyan.
Ruan Mengxi snapped back to her senses and immediately stepped aside, calling out to the second boss, but inwardly grumbling:
Why is he everywhere? This is the second time I've run into him today.
"Did you two come together?" Jiang Jinsang had just been coaxing the child and didn't notice that Ruan Mengxi had arrived early.
He used to accompany Tang Wan to classes and always felt that coaxing children was easy, but after all, the ones he practiced with were just model dolls, and even when the teacher posed "tricky" questions to challenge him, he could handle them smoothly.
In reality, though, this little guy couldn't talk, let alone gesture, and there were times when his cries were relentless.
