"No, NO!" Atlas, the titan of endurance and the strongest child of Iapetus, the general of Kronos' armies cried out as he once more felt the weight of the sky on his shoulders. A weight that existed on metaphysical plane, which was the reason he could feel himself getting crushed under its weight even though Heracles had managed to carry it as a mortal.
This was ridiculous. His plan should have been perfect! Have that blond idiot that had joined their army take the weight off of his shoulders, trick a girl into taking the weight from the blond idiot and then use the girl as a bait to have that little upstart Artemis take the weight on herself. Later on, after the titans retake their seats as the rulers of cosmos, he would even have the other Olympians take the sky once in a while and watch them struggle under the weight that he had carried for centuries.
So why was he back under the sky?!
It was because of him. Because of the man that had arrived out of nowhere, destroyed the army stationed around them and somehow pushed him back under the sky where Artemis let the weight fall on his shoulders again
Hmph, to think that you would get captured by such an amateurish plan. You really are pathetic, replacement." The man that had destroyed his plans was… insulting Artemis? And yet the goddess of hunt was not trying to kill him, a rare occurrence for an Olympian; especially for those who were sired by that upstart cousin of his, Zeus.
"I… I'm sorry." She said what?!
"But still…"
"Quiet down, I helped you out simply because of your past friendship with her. If you show your face in front of me again I will make you wish you had stayed under your great grandfather's weight." The man said gruffly and seeing that this man did not have a good relationship with the Olympian, pounced on what he thought to be his chance.
"From your attitude you seem to understand how Olympians truly are, so why do you…"
"Who gave you permission to talk?" The man interrupted Atlas before he could complete what he was saying and pointed his index finger towards the Titan of Endurance.
And then a bright light pierced Atlas' knee, making the Titan scream out in pain.
"Now, take that girl they had captive; leave her at that glorified child soldier program of your family and then go back to those dumbasses." The man said with a glare that seemed to made the goddess of hunt shrink into herself before she tried to speak.
"What about Castellan? Is he…"
"He was already gone by the time I was done. You guys will have to get off your asses to deal with that problem, guess there is a first time for everything." The man laughed mockingly before clapping his hand and disappeared with a bright white flash, leaving Artemis alone with the injured Titan and weakened demigoddess.

"Bring it on, pinecone face!" Percy gritted out as he gripped his sword in his hand and glared at Thalia Grace, his cousin.
To be perfectly honest, he didn't even care why they were fighting, or why they used something as insignificant as a Capture the Flag game as an excuse. All he knew was that the last few days had sucked and Thalia's attitude was getting on his nerves in a way they never had before, making him want to punch the punk demigoddess in her face.
But he knew, he knew that Thalia was powerful. Maybe even more powerful than him, simply walking up to her and landing the punch would be impossible.
But he could live with hitting her with a great tidal wave!
"Percy, Thalia; stop this at once!" Chiron galloped towards them, no longer in his magical wheelchair that hid his centaur features, with a severe expression. But neither of them had any intention of listening to him.
But before Percy could release the tidal wave against his cousin, or Thalia could conjure a lightning storm against him, the clearing was lit alight with a blinding flash of light and when it died down; Percy lost all of his will to continue his fight against his cousin, and Thalia seemed to be in a similar situation. For Artemis, the goddess of hunt herself, was standing in between them with Annabeth in her arms.
"Enough." The goddess said with a glare and the auras around the demigods of Zeus and Poseidon died down.
"Chiron, come with me." The goddess of the hunt said as she walked towards the Big House while Percy and Thalia simply ran towards Annabeth, not caring for anything other than the fact that their friend was back.

"Lady Artemis!" The goddess of the hunt raised her head as she heard her lieutenant call her name.
How long has it been, since the day she had found the daughter of Atlas and offered her a place among her followers. Sometimes it felt as if it was just yesterday, but sometimes it felt like an eternity ago.
"My lady, are you okay?! I am sorry! I had dreams about you getting attacked and the Hunt was not allowed to leave and…" Artemis could feel a small smile form on her face as Zoe kept rambling and she did something she had never allowed herself to do.
She hugged her lieutenant.
"My… my lady?"
"I'm sorry Zoe, it's just… I just need this at the moment." The goddess said with a sigh as she clutched to her most devoted follower tighter. Her capture at the hands of Atlas and then her… rescue by… by him had shaken her and this small moment with Zoe, with her daughter in all but name, really was helping.
"How touching." So of course it was ruined far too soon by one of the fools she had the misfortune of calling a brother.
"Mr D. please be a little more civil to lady Artemis." Chiron said as he walked up to them, she knew there was a reason she liked the centaur. And it wasn't just because she had been the one to teach him everything he knew along with her brother Apollo.
"Yeah yeah whatever, care to tell why you're here? I thought you were supposed to be hunting for some great and dangerous beast." The god of wine asked as he skimped through the magazine in his hand with a look of longing, which meant the contents were likely about alcohol.
"I have encountered someone far more important than any mere beast." She said stoically and Dionysus raised an eyebrow at her after raising his head from his magazine.
"Hmm, and who might that be?"
"The son of Aethlius." And then the magazine fell to the ground, Chiron's jaw dropped and Zoe just looked at her with wide eyes.
"Tell me everything." And the god of madness demanded with tension on his face.
