The Berlin Film Festival's attitude towards Zhou Yun this time was indeed a bit exaggerated.
At least in Zhou Yun's view, they had no real reason to do so.
She neither won any major awards at the Berlin Film Festival nor was she a regular there, yet suddenly enjoyed the treatment of a superstar.
This event once again boosted Zhou Yun's prestige in the film industry.
Especially in China, Zhou Yun's fans celebrated this event like it was the New Year.
No work was entered into the main competition unit, but the officials organized a special screening event for Zhou Yun—now that's prestige.
Even various film critics and bloggers couldn't help but exclaim that Zhou Yun truly has carved out a place on the international film stage.
She genuinely has the works, the fame, and the status.
It's always something to be happy about when someone from your own country rises to such high international status and influence.
