The situation Faye Lockwood and Luna White had created left Mr. and Mrs. Lockwood at a complete loss. Having to draw on more liquid capital would undoubtedly be another huge blow to The Lockwood Group.
When Timothy Lawson heard about this, he could only sigh in resignation. After all, he had warned his sister and Luna White long ago.
He had witnessed Vera Warner's talent firsthand; there was no way Faye Lockwood and Luna White could handle her on their own.
This would have to serve as a lesson for them. Hopefully, they would stop antagonizing Vera Warner at every turn.
He sincerely hoped Faye Lockwood would realize her mistake and mature a little. Right now, she was being far too childish, turning everything into a matter of pride.
