Sorry for the delay over the last few days, guys.
::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::
White vapor rose endlessly into the sky, blotting out the sun as if the heavens themselves had been scorched. The waves surged violently, rolling and colliding in chaotic spirals, carrying the lingering heat of the corpse dragon's flames.
Within that churning sea, Jack's figure finally stabilized.
The light-red Transformium particles crawled across his body like living sparks, stitching flesh, bone, and nerves back together piece by piece. Each movement of regeneration was slow and excruciating, as if thousands of needles were piercing him at once. His nerves screamed, but Jack did not cry out again.
Pain, to him, was no longer unfamiliar.
What he felt now was something far worse.
Humiliation.
Never since his transformation had he been forced into such a state—burned, broken, driven into the sea like prey. The corpse dragon's flames had not merely injured him; they had insulted him.
Jack opened his eyes beneath the water.
Darkness surrounded him, yet his vision pierced through it effortlessly. Above, the surface shimmered violently; below, the seabed loomed like a grave waiting to claim him.
His jaw tightened.
"Stupid dragon…" he thought coldly. "You made me feel pain."
That alone was unforgivable.
Above the waves, the corpse dragon hovered in the sky, massive wings beating with terrifying power. Each flap sent shockwaves through the air, scattering clouds and stirring the sea below. Its black iron scales glistened with residual heat, veins of crimson light pulsing beneath its armor-like skin.
It roared.
The sound was so deep it seemed to shake the world itself.
Two enormous blood-red eyes locked onto the sea, watching, waiting. This creature did not celebrate prematurely. It was a predator, and predators confirmed kills.
Then—
The sea erupted.
Jack burst from the water, shooting into the sky like a black comet. Water cascaded from his restored body, scattering into glittering droplets that caught the sunlight before falling back into the ocean.
He stopped midair.
Perfectly still.
His body was whole again. Arms, legs, skin—everything restored, as if the earlier destruction had never happened. Only faint scab-like traces remained, silent witnesses to what had occurred.
Jack slowly clenched his fists.
The air around him trembled.
Below, far away on the steamship, Alice instinctively took a step forward. Her eyes narrowed, pupils contracting. Even at this distance, she could feel it—the shift in pressure, the tightening of space itself.
Claire's breath caught.
She did not understand the mechanics of what was happening, but her heart reacted before her mind could. Something within her screamed that what came next would not be ordinary combat.
White Queen's eyes flickered rapidly, data streams freezing mid-calculation.
"Warning," she muttered unconsciously. "Energy level exceeding predicted maximum…"
The corpse dragon reacted first.
"ROAR—!"
Its jaws opened wide, flames condensing rapidly. The fireball that formed was far denser than before, compressed into a blazing sphere of destruction. With a thunderous roar, it hurled the fireball toward Jack's back.
Jack did not turn.
Seven light-red Transformium particles erupted from his body, spinning outward in perfect synchronization. They formed a rotating barrier, and the fireball slammed into it—
BOOM!
The explosion tore the sky apart, shockwaves rolling outward for kilometers. But when the flames dispersed, Jack remained untouched, hovering calmly amid the fading smoke.
He finally turned his head.
"So," Jack said quietly, voice carrying across the sky like a blade, "you're done playing?"
The corpse dragon hesitated.
Only for a fraction of a second.
That hesitation sealed its fate.
"Transformers: First-Layer Form."
The air screamed.
A colossal black mechanical structure unfolded around Jack in an instant, armor locking into place with thunderous clangs. The ten-meter-tall Transformer hovered in the sky, radiating overwhelming pressure. Its eyes burned with crimson light, staring directly at the corpse dragon.
The dragon roared again—this time, not in triumph, but in fury.
It lunged.
"Transformers: Second-Layer Form."
A blue radiance exploded outward.
Hundreds of meters of Transformium particles surged from the air itself, spiraling around the black Transformer like a storm. They compressed, layered, and reinforced the armor again and again, increasing its mass and power to terrifying levels.
The sky darkened.
The ocean below stilled unnaturally, as if afraid to move.
The corpse dragon felt it.
For the first time since its birth, fear surged through its mutated instincts.
But it was too late.
Jack moved.
The Transformer vanished from its original position, reappearing instantly before the corpse dragon. A massive mechanical fist swung forward, carrying compressed air, gravity, and pure destructive force.
Bang!
The corpse dragon's head snapped sideways as its massive body was flung backward, scales cracking audibly. It slammed into the air, spinning uncontrollably before crashing into the sea once more.
A tidal wave exploded outward.
The dragon roared in agony, wings thrashing as it struggled to rise. Flames burst from its wounds, burning seawater into steam.
Jack did not give it time.
He descended slowly, deliberately, every movement radiating absolute dominance.
"Earlier," Jack said coldly, his voice amplified by the Transformer, "you burned me."
The corpse dragon struggled to lift its head.
"Now," Jack continued, raising one massive arm, "it's my turn."
The Transformium particles around him surged violently, energy condensing into his arm. The pressure distorted the air, creating visible ripples.
Alice's eyes widened.
"So this is his full power…" she muttered, fingers unconsciously tightening.
Claire felt her heart pound uncontrollably. Fear, awe, confusion—all tangled together.
White Queen's system rebooted.
"Calculation… impossible," she whispered.
Jack's arm came down.
The sky shattered.
A devastating удар slammed into the corpse dragon, crushing its massive body downward. The sea split apart as if struck by a god's hammer, exposing the seabed for an instant before water rushed back in violently.
The corpse dragon let out one final, broken roar.
Then—silence.
The flames died.
The enormous body sank slowly beneath the waves, motionless, its blood staining the ocean black.
Jack hovered above the sea for several seconds, scanning the surface.
No movement.
He relaxed his arm.
The blue radiance faded, Transformium dispersing back into the air. The massive Transformer collapsed inward, dissolving into light as Jack returned to his human form.
He exhaled slowly.
Only now did the tension leave his body.
"Annoying," he muttered.
Far below, the steamship deck erupted into chaos.
"He… killed it…" K-Mart whispered, eyes wide with disbelief.
Chris swallowed hard, his throat dry. "That thing… wasn't even a fight."
Alice remained silent, staring upward. Her expression was unreadable, but deep within her eyes, something stirred—anger, frustration, and a faint, dangerous sense of familiarity.
Claire closed her eyes briefly.
She did not cheer.
She did not smile.
Instead, she felt a strange tightening in her chest.
Jack descended slowly, landing back on the deck with barely a sound. Water dripped from his body, evaporating instantly as it touched the metal floor.
He looked at the others casually.
"Alright," he said lightly, as if he had merely swatted an insect. "Now we can talk."
The sea behind him slowly calmed, waves rolling gently once more.
But everyone present knew—
The world had just witnessed something it should never have seen.
And Jack… was no longer merely dangerous.
He was catastrophic.
