After exchanging glances with those azure eyes for a second, Miss Benanis blinked and then quickly closed the door again.
"What happened?"
Shard asked curiously, the witch suddenly shook her head:
"Oh, maybe the way I opened the door was not quite right, let me try again."
She adjusted her expression and took a deep breath, then opened the door again, but this time there was nothing outside.
So Vanessa Benanis sighed deeply, relieved that it was indeed an illusion, but also deeply disappointed.
But before this complex emotion could ferment, she heard Miss Sylvia's excited voice:
"Vanessa, look what I found! I just caught a wild young unicorn without an owner at Bella's estate!"
Miss Benanis turned her head to the left, the young black-haired witch was kneeling on the carpet, happily stroking the pure white little beast that still didn't know what was happening. The latter sniffed Miss Sylvia's scent, its bloodline memory recalling a certain special group of people.
