As i rush towards him i do an overhead strike using all of my power but ricky smiles and his hands seem to turn dark grey and he blocks the sword with his palms, my weapon did little to no damage besides a small trickle of blood.
"Nice one i would say your strength is bellow 20? Quite nice but it's my turn now" ricky said cheerfully.
Ricky tugged my sword to the side with one hand, rushed me and punched me in the face with the other, making me take a step back.

'he is too fast, attacking him like this will do little to nothing".
So i wait for rick to attack me.
Rick runs to my side while his legs turn dark grey he kicks me in the side of my head.

I slash at his stomach but his stomach turns dark grey and my sword just scratches him.
Rick backs away and enthusiastically says "you weren't joking about your endurence, i thought that strike would knock you out and you seem to be already healed, you will be a great tanker".
"Thanks, by the way what is the skill you are using that turns parts of your body grey?" I asked
"That's just ki manipulation it enhances my defense and increases the amount of damage i do" rick said.
'that sounds awful lot like haki from one piece' i thought.
"Umm is there anything else that your ki can do?" I asked
"Well it can do a bunch of things like ki blast and infusing weapons to do more damage but i am only proficient in strengthening myself or increasing my defence, but enough of this chit chat" rick answered turning dark grey and shooting towards me much faster than when he previously could punching me in the ribcage making cracks all over it them and sending me barreling 10 meters away.

I cough up some blood on the ground, the group rush to my position and rick who looks quite exhausted says "shit, sorry about that i wanted to see how durable you are but i got too excited and used all of my remaining ki on that attack, don't worry though Jennifer will heal you".
"No need i will be good in a few seconds on my own, you don't need to waste mana on me" i said and by the time i finished saying that i was almost at 100% back to normal.
At this everyone looked quite surprised and Hagen asked "how strong is that skill that heals you to almost instantly be as good as new?!?"
"It heightens my hp regen by 100 for 3 minutes and i can only use it 2 times a day" i said while standing up and looking at the fist imprint on my leather armour.
'i wonder how they would react if i told them that my natural regen is this high' i think while all of them stare at me in disbelief.
"That is quite the skill you got there, so you sure that you are okay? And sorry about the armour I'll pay for it" rick said while scratching the back of his head while still gawking at me, probably because of my "skill".
"Yea i am alright and no need to pay me for the armour, let's just go to the dungeon i feel a bit sore, oh and how long will it take for us to get there?" I asked Hagen.
"We should arrive there at 9pm we will set up camp for the night and go in when the morning arrives" Hagen answered
"Alright lets get back to the city i will buy some new armour" i said and we headed to the city and after buying basically the same armour piece we went to the dungeon.
(I didn't have enough money so i asked rick to borrow me the money until i had enough to repay it, he said that i could keep it but i refused and said i would repay him in a few days.)
After walking for a few minutes we started talking, i asked about the monsters in the dungeon and the strategy we would use there.
I found out that most of the monsters were as expected related to ice and the boss of level 15 would be an ice imp that uses ice magic.
We made a simple strategy for the non boss floor which was basically me and rick in the front while the mages would be in the back shooting spells if me and rick had troubles dealing with the monsters and derick would shoot at the incoming monsters and check for traps and be our lookout, but in the dungeon of hielo there were not that many traps and along the way would collect the monster cores which were usually inside the hearts or brains of the monsters which were colored orbs the size of a marble.
After discussing the strategies we started Small talk and after many hours we arrived at a forest the dungeon was located in, we started setting up camp about 30 minutes away from the dungeon.
After setting up the temporary camp it was 11pm so we took shifts on being guard while others slept.
After waking up we got ready for the dungeon and went to the entrance which looked like a regular cave but once we entered the air got colder by a few degrees.
After walking for 10 minutes we finally saw our first monster which looked like a blue goblin with an ice club but derick just shot it in the head and it died.
After going for 5 hours we were at the end of the 5th floor and i leveled up swordsmanship to level 3 and 1 level in my job as a swordsman giving me +1agi.

We didn't come across that many monsters and i asked why there wasn't more but Jennifer said that the number of monsters would be higher after passing level 5.
After some time we found a nest of 15 ice spiders about 1 meter big and 1 queen which was 4 times as large as the others and she could do some simple ice magic.
The little ones were quite easy to deal with a normal human could probably fight off 1 at once.
me and Rick tore through the small spiders that were rushing at us, it only took one regular punch from rick or one swipe of my sword to kill one spider since they were quite brittle.
We managed to kill about 10 of them before the queen got angry at us and started shooting out a large icicles the size of my arm at us.
I intercepted the icicles with my sword when they shot at me and rick just dodged out of the way before they hit him.
It took only about a few moments before we took out the small spiders while Hagen told us that after the small spiders were dead to occupy the queen while he would charged a spell and derick would shoot it to distract the queen.
When we killed the small spiders we let the queen run to us.
She tried to impale us with her front legs but we just dodged out of the way and rick tried to break off one of her legs but they were much denser than the small spiders.
Derick started to shoot at the queen but it did little to no damage and only seemed to annoy her.
Hagen then put his hands on the ground and one magic circles appeared bellow the queen and shot five spikes made of stone at the queen, but the queen managed to avoid 4 of them and the one that hit, hit it into it's left side destroying a part of its body and 3 of its legs and impede its movements.
"Hey i suggest trying to get rid of its legs first for it to be immobile" i said to the group to which Hagen said alright.
When one of the left front leg tried to hit rick he caught it with his dark grey hands and punched it twice and the leg shattered.
I swung my sword as hard as i could and one of its legs was cut off.
We continued until it no longer had any legs and me and rick started destroying it.
When it was dead it shattered into dust leaving only its core and i leveled up twice.

As soon as i picked the heat vision my eyes became itchy and i was blind for a few seconds and after that ended i could see again and even see heat signatures mixed with my normal vision.
After collecting the monster cores we decided to have a little break and eat lunch.
