Standing atop the tallest building in the area, Eugene Hawes stared at the blood-red dome covering the entirety of First Hero Plaza, keeping a stoic face that hid his immense anticipation.
'Soon enough, it will all be mine.'
Unbeknownst to the majority of the residents of Enigma City, Eugene Hawes was the mastermind behind the storm that shook the city to its roots.
He was also the leader of the Greater Cult that Enigma City was built for, or so he led everyone to believe.
"Useless! This isn't everyone we asked for! Get the rest here this instant or get out of my face!"

Looking at the rest of the City Council's men thrashing around in worry over the preparation, Eugene scoffed deep inside.
Everything they were doing was for his own good. Although this was better news for him, they really shouldn't put their life on the line like this only to get bamboozled by him.
