When Dazzling Star and Ash condensed their Supreme tail feathers, they knew their tail feathers were not complete.
They divided the Supreme Holy Grail, and the power of the Source Angel was naturally split in two. However, even with half of the power, it was enough for them to each condense a Supreme tail feather, as the Supreme tail feather only requires you to have more than a certain number of Seven-winged feathers to be considered condensed.
Like Vishi and other Mages and Divine Lords, it is also possible for them to condense the Seventh Void Wing.
But the Supreme tail feather has a lower limit, yet no upper limit.
Unlike the silver and gold which have an upper limit, the Supreme tail feather is a Void Wing that can be infinitely stacked. If Dazzling Star had the complete Holy Grail, she could now condense a Seventh Void Wing with double the power.
Moreover, the Seventh Void Wing has a very important characteristic: it has an ultimate limit.
