Replicate the sun.
That was the last thing Alex would've expected the Fire God to ask.
"A contest of replication?" he asked. "I don't understand."
"What is there to not understand?" the Fire God asked. "The test is to see which one of us can produce a better replica of the sun."
"No, I understand that," Alex said. "But how will we even test which one of us did the better job? As a Celestial, you will obviously make a stronger Sun."
"It will be tested in the quality of the fake Sun, of course," the Fire God said. "How stable it is. How well it can hold up. There are plenty of others here that can make the judgment."
Alex narrowed his eyes a little. Considering the man asked for it, he had to be certain he would win in this contest. There had to be a reason he was so confident.
Alex could imagine the man having tried and produced a lot of fake suns in his lifetime, which he was using now to push him back on his choice of title.
