The jitteriness in Nightslayer vanished slowly, but even if it had fully disappeared, Alex would not be using it anymore. He had already used the sword for its purpose, so there was nothing left.
The attack on the Fire God had done its job.
Around the audience, he could hear people theorizing what his sword could do, but only a few managed to realize that it was thanks to his Dao Sword that the attack had actually landed.
Had it just been a regular Destroyer's Yang Blade, the result would have been completely different.
The attack carved into his sword had done a single thing. Like the Sun outside of the atmosphere, it ate away at Qi, destroying it directly, rather than fighting against it.
During a regular attack, that aura would eat through any Qi that it came across, which would end up spreading the attack at a wider radius, quickly weakening it.
That was where his Dao Sword came into effect.
