As they walked out of the guest room to the dining area that they had been summoned to, Nour stayed walking behind. Like he was not ready for a discussion that he knew he would have to have a sit-down with his mate.
He knew that it was going to be the hardest thing he had ever done and the most humiliating one of all, and he still didn't know how to approach his Erasthai and explain to him his logic.
His visit to his mother in the morning had gotten him some perspective, but now that the time was closing in with his wedding tomorrow, Nour wasn't sure if this was how he wanted it.
He hated how things had gotten.
All the man had ever done was love and be there for him, and now Nour was doing the kinds of things that would have them both questioning their sanity. Maybe it was the worst possible thing for the prince to consider, but would it be worth it in the end?
