[GRANT]
"Lord Lucius, is there a problem?" Grant asked boredly.
"Please continue," Ferhat spoke before Nour could say a word.
It was like he knew that the prince was already agitated, and it was going to do them good to keep pissing the man off. Funny how life had changed for them, too, but who was counting, right?
"Send more troops, if necessary," Grant said to the councilman before not paying attention to Nour anymore. He didn't want to engage in any banters right now because this time he was sure it would all end in a bloodbath.
Was that something he was willing to risk in the throne room?
"Wow… how powerful," Nour said blandly. The taste of Grant's decision was the worst thing that he had ever had to deal with in his entire life.
It was one thing to have the people here to be listened to, only for them not to pay heed to them. And it was another for him to give commands like that was what he was thinking that king Cassius would have denied.
