When I said I made a lot, I meant every single word. I was too taken with the mixing and blending, lost in the rhythm of it, that I just ended up with huge jars of different blends for different uses, way more than any one meal could ever need.
There were ones that I wouldn't even be using for tonight. So I just chucked half of that into my spatial ring. I might need them one of these days especially since we would be on the road again.
I decided to make the good 'ol five spice blend first, star anise and cinnamon and cloves ground down together until the whole kitchen smelled like something worth burning the place down for.
I was going to stir fry the chicken that I'll be having with the beer so I would be using this blend almost immediately, and probably frequently, since I was a fan of roasts and stir fries.
