"Are you tired?" Beiming Han looked at her rosy little face and asked.
Gu Qingxin had been diligently applying medicine for the past few days, and the lighter scars on her face already looked like normal skin. Only two slightly more severe scars remained a bit pinker than her usual skin tone.
"My legs are sore." Gu Qingxin pouted, looking rather coquettish.
"Let me massage them for you." Beiming Han immediately pulled her onto his lap and began to rub her legs.
"Han is really good to Miss Gu," Guan Yue said with a smile, though the smile was a bit forced.
"She's my wife, of course I'd be good to her." Beiming Han held her even tighter.
"How come I never heard about your wedding?" Guan Yue asked, pretending to be casual.
"Weddings are too conventional! We don't need those worldly things!" Gu Qingxin replied sweetly, wrapping her arms around Beiming Han's neck, "As long as I can be with Ah Han, I don't care about anything else."
