The Blue Gentleman was on the floor, his body broken and unable to move. Two big blood spikes formed in the air. Even if he stopped time, the second one would kill him!
"Goodbye!"
Alucard threw the spike toward the Blue Gentleman, Hein Eduard. For a moment, Eduard thought he would die, but Alucard toyed with him. By snapping his finger, he made the spikes vanish.
The Dragon started laughing uncontrollably and said, "Look at you." He pointed at him, "You think I will kill you?" Using his sharp, black-painted nails, he drew a heart in the air on Hein Eduard, "I would do worse, I'll show other intruders your pathetic face!"
He drew a line in the middle, drawing a broken heart. "It will be more fun that way than killing you right now."
He glanced around the dull, monotonous office space, and an idea occurred to him. "Wait, here. This place needs a splash of color." He went toward the window, "Don't you do anything stupid while I'm gone." He flies up to the top floor, the casino.
'Good, I can grab the remote now.' Hein Eduard thought.
He spotted the remote that switches places in a corner of the room, beside a cubicle wall. He had a rush of adrenaline, defined the odds, and stood up without feeling the pain. He ran toward the remote, grabbing it before Alucard came back.
The Blood Dragon returned, holding a colourful slot machine from the casino. He looked at Eduard with a disappointed face. "I told you not to, and you didn't listen." He saw the remote and kicked the Blue Gentleman's limb, throwing it a little farther away, where Hein needed to extend his hand.
Alucard swung the machine at Eduard, but Hein blocked it with his invisible suitcase, which stores his tools. The force of their collision sent a green orb from the bag rolling toward the window, where it nearly flew out. Both were unable to notice when they were in a clash.
Eventually, Hein Eduard's strength gave out, allowing Alucard swing the machine toward him. However, the Ranker used his last Flow energy to slow time, rolling over the impact that was about to crush his skull. The slot got destroyed, and all the money inside poured out.
The Dragon looked at Eduard, "I see, still clinging to life." He ditched the broken parts and stomped rapidly on the back where it's most damaged. Hein was in severe pain.
"How much longer would your friends come to see you in despair?"
Then he looked at the Blue Gentleman's face, making him confused because it was someone else, a Dragon Egg, instead of his enemy. The goon looked at the Dragon's angry face, "No, No,-?!" Alucard stomped the man, killing him.
Somehow, the investigator extended his arm without his enemy noticing.
He got angered, "YOU INTRUDER!" His voice vibrated the air, "You think I have an infinite supply of men that you keep switching?"
He summoned a couple of bats from his arm, "Found him, and report it to me."
After the command, the bats scout the office space, looking for Hein Eduard. They couldn't find anything, then suddenly the bat colony vanished. Alucard touched his shoulder, "Fuck!"
The Blue Gentleman shot him from behind. He turned around, angry, "You are not worth playing around with. I will make you regret your existence even more!" With an instant clap, a hand made of blood formed on the floor, catching Eduard off guard, grabbing his leg.
"Not again!" Hein was frustrated.
Alucard swooshed his hand, turning the limb into a blood-sphere prison that trapped the Ranker. The Dragon stepped on a floor tile, opening up a secret compartment of weapons. He smiled, picking them.
"Hm, this one."
He pointed at a gun, but he shook his head: "No, not as fun." Then he saw grenades, "They will work." With a touch, they got absorbed into his hand. He looked up and saw his enemy was gone again, meaning he had swapped places. Alucard shook his head.
"I thought you were the hero, but you keep killing my men." He clenched his hand, crushing the men inside the prison.
The Dragon summoned the explosives he had absorbed into his hand, which were blood-made. He pulled the pin from the grenade and threw it on the floor, far away from him.
Boom!
The explosion was a violent burst of blood, with splashes forming into spears that scattered in various directions, and shock-induced outbreaks, as Hein Eduard flared out of his hiding spot. His body parts spread out. The device blew up, making it non-existent. The Dragon noticed a broken, glowing green sphere that Eduard's severed hand was holding onto.

Alucard moved to grab the orb, but before he could, the green light flashed into his eyes, blinding him for a few seconds. When his vision came back, Alucard saw the Blue Gentleman's body parts vanish.
"Fuck!" He looked around, "I need to destroy the briefcase and everything inside so you feel the terror." He was annoyed.
He walked toward a cubicle, pushing the wall aside and opening a case of swords.
"Your bag tricks will be destroyed. In the meantime, let me pick a sword."
He looked at many cool swords he had collected from his defeated enemies over the years. He touched a sword's handle, absorbing it into his hand to conjure it later as blood. After doing all that, Alucard touched his ears to find the invisible briefcase.
Basically, sonar-detection powers, which allow him to sense the Flow from an individual. However, currently Hein Eduard has no Flow, so he can't be discovered by his power. It's similar to Steel's echolocation.
The Dragon dashed, grabbed the suitcase, and went to the window, hovering it. Before he let it go, he got punched behind him and pushed out the window. "You are an idiot!" The Vampire laughed at the Blue Gentleman because he was still holding the bag, and he flew up, hovering above the view of the Ranker.
"Say bye-bye to your tools."
He opened the zipper, revealing many shining items inside, summoned a blood grenade, and threw it in. He dropped it. As it fell, the explosive blast shattered the windows and the floor nearby. Dragon Eggs were dragged out of the building by the wave and began to shake, becoming crooked. People on the lower floors were falling out, and the fire kept rising, forcing the sprinklers on the top floors to drizzle water. The skyscraper leans, about to collapse, held up by a few supports.
"Shit, No!"
Hein Eduard fell out of the building, and Alucard sensed the man slipping. He dashed, grabbing him before the Rankerr smacked the ground.
"Why?" The investigator questioned why the Dragon didn't let him fall.
The Vampire looked at his face and said, "I'd rather you die in my hands than let you die from falling."
After saying that, he tossed him across the sky, then grabbed his neck and smashed him into the roof of another building. The investigator coughs up blood. He chunks him again, forcing him go into the Blood Tower, the same room.
The Dragon went inside the skyscraper, glanced at how tilted the building was, and couldn't stand still; he was sliding down. He was annoyed, and he summoned blood from his hand, conjuring a wall to block the window so that no one could fall from the angle. However, he kept sliding down with Hein Eduard, so eventually he grew tired and grabbed the Blue Gentleman with the blood hand.
They went through the window, flying down a couple of floors to find a level spot. He went down 10 floors from the office, where it wasn't so steep, but the fire was much closer.
"After I kill you, I will deal with the fire." Alucard said after seeing the smoke coming out of the hallway outside the restaurant they were in.
The shattered glass landed on the tables after it went through the giant window. The big blood hands lay the investigator on the bar top, in the middle of the area. He went slowly, drawing closer to him.
"Alucard, what happened? I thought you wanted to show despair to my friends by killing me in front of them."
The Blood Dragon laughed, "I changed my mind, you are not fun anymore to keep around. When I become bored, I kill them right away, even if their death causes pain to others. It needs to be fun for me to see their miserable faces, but when I am in this state, I don't care if they are crying; I will kill them right away!"
He held the Ranker's neck and raised him, "You are the most annoying enemy I ever faced, so the fire has the right to consume you!"
The Dragon was about toss Hein Eduard into the flames that were inching in from the hallways of the restaurant. However, the ceiling collapsed, and the Vicious One fell, missing its head, where blood splattered everywhere. James Ross was holding onto the bat's leg, which made Alucard pause and laugh.
"This will be interesting!"
