"Boom!"
In Eden, within the Heavenly Pit Spell Testing Field, Richard was testing the Energy Furnace.
With a deafening blast, a massive explosion formed in front of him, an enormous fireball swelling, with shockwaves howling and spreading in all directions.
Normally, Richard would either cast a spell to withstand this or dodge it. But this time, he did neither; with a step forward, his body was enveloped in a dense golden energy, and he flew straight towards the center of the explosion.
"Woosh woosh woosh—"
Flying against the shockwave, the constant sound of air rushing past his ears.
Bearing the strong repulsion force, he crashed into the expanding fireball alone, punched out powerfully, energy burst forth, directly shattering the fireball and prematurely ending the explosion's might.
