"..."
Marcus Knight had never seen someone so shameless.
He hadn't said anything about being hit by her, yet she complained first.
Joy Shaw ignored the coldness in the boy's eyes, clutching his pant leg tightly, refusing to let go. She sniffled, "Senior, you decide."
Her grip was so tight, she was almost hugging his thigh.
Marcus Knight: "I'll call your friend here."
"No way!" Joy Shaw refused. "What if you just leave? They all say you're cold and unfeeling, I really don't trust you."
"Don't trust me then." Marcus Knight replied.
He moved his leg.
Joy Shaw raised her other hand, rubbed her eyes, and made a small sobbing sound.
Marcus Knight was about to shake off her hand, but upon hearing the sound, he looked down at the girl on the ground.
Joy Shaw looked up, her eyes somewhat red, with a misty layer, looking very aggrieved and helpless.
As if she would cry if he left.
"..."
Marcus Knight withdrew his gaze.
He stood motionless, surrounded by silence.
