Joy Shaw placed her hands in her pockets, facing the unfamiliar man who directly called her "Joy Joy."
Does he know her?
Joy Shaw politely spoke up, "Who are you?"
The man smiled and introduced himself, "My name is Paul Reynolds. We were classmates in high school."
Oh, that's it.
"Hello." Joy Shaw nodded, "You came here for..."
"My grandmother had surgery yesterday, so I came to the hospital to visit her. I didn't expect the chief surgeon to be you." Paul Reynolds heard the gossip from some doctors yesterday and came to the clinic today specifically to confirm. He smiled, "Your skills have improved greatly; you've become what you wanted to be. Congratulations."
From his words, it seemed they were quite familiar with each other in the past.
Joy Shaw didn't beat around the bush, "Sorry, because I forgot, I wanted to ask, were we good friends before?"
