From MC's Perspective
I followed the Assistant, Jairo. He was taking me to another stone building. I didn't ask any questions. Instead, I started observing the surroundings.
The dust and smoke were still rising. But there was no sign of warriors or the foreign creatures. So where was that smoke coming from?
Soon, we reached another stone building. It appeared to be an office. Jairo went to the staff member and told him to register a new name for their camp.
The middle-aged staff member was surprised. He took a look at the young-looking man. He thought only one of the reserved warriors had come.
But it was not his position to ask, so he started doing the registration process.
Jairo then turned towards Zack Lockwood.
"I have a few things to tell you about the battlefield. I guess you had already seen the smoke rising from the surface."
"It's not on the surface. But it actually comes from the underground battlefield," Jairo said in a solemn tone.
