Nearly forty minutes passed, and Qin Feimo and Ma Pianpian on the second floor seemed to have finished lunch as well, and they came downstairs together.

Absentmindedly touching his pocket, he realized his phone was missing.
He paused, took a moment to think, and remembered that it was probably left on the table in the private room upstairs.
"Wait for me here for a moment." He looked at Ma Pianpian and said leisurely before turning back upstairs.
Ma Pianpian stood there in a daze, wanting to ask him what was wrong, but seeing him quickly disappear around the corner of the stairs, she didn't ask and instead stood there quietly, waiting.
