Each of his heads actually represented a mastery over an Elemental Power. That was what he thought until a new head popped out when his race evolved into Tangu. So that was more than just a mastery over an Elemental Power to grow one head. But yes, the simpler term would be a mastery over Elemental Power.
The fourteen heads were actually looking at each other, assessing their difference, or, to be more exact, they were looking for the new heads among the fourteen.
"You have become fatter than the last time I saw you, Boss."
Vandir's voice echoed. The cloaked skeleton was floating not far from the fourteen-headed dragon, flying on the same level as the dragon's heads. The Death King jerked back slightly when the fourteen heads turned toward him at the same time.
