Vostrov was a demon with a Titan Bloodline. His bloodline was the reason why he could hold on against Tang Shaoyang. If not for his bloodline, he would suffer worse. The bloodline also granted him a talent, or more like a trait. It gave him a talent called Primordial Physique.
The physique granted him toughness in skin, flesh, bones, and organs that scaled with his attributes, including his five senses. The keyword was that it scaled with his attributes, meaning he could keep getting stronger as long as his attributes increased.
He had a powerful physique that turned him into a fortress, yet Tang Shaoyang still could hurt him. Even with the natural barrier that formed with his energy, that was not enough.
On top of all that, his pure bloodline also granted him the True Transformation skill. The skill that transformed him into an actual Titan.
