[Beast Dungeon]
Upon seeing a mutant cockroach killed one of them effortlessly, the other adventurers tried to fight back, only to be ambushed by more cockroaches that was hiding in the darkness.
The moment more adventurers died, everyone realized that hiding in the darkness, about an army of cockroaches were hiding and waiting for them to fall into a trap.
The moment they made their presences known, some of the mages begun casting a spell and used light magic to illuminate the darkness. Once they did such a thing, they realized that the enemy far outnumbered them a 1000 against 50.
In that moment, some begun to waver as their legs shook from fear.
In that moment while the high ranked adventurers were trying to maintain their morale of their group, Shun and Alex then walked to the front of the group as the former held his Botrk and the latter held its spear.
At the same time while Shun begun channeling his mana around his body, Alex then finally partially transformed and revealed his half dragon form with scales covering some parts of his body, his horns were showing and even his wings and tail were menacing.
"You guys what-"
Before the other adventurers could voice out their complaints both Shun and Alex charged towards the army of cockroaches as Shun took the lead and hacked away at the very first mutant cockroach he could reach.
At the same moment Alex charged up his spear with overflowing mana and threw it towards the ranged cockroach who fired a long ranged from afar.
With that a huge explosion rung out, as the shockwaves caused the other adventurers to even lose their balance. However Alex spear throw wasn't able to kill its intended target as another mutated cockroach(Beetle) with huge shield on its hands had actually blocked his attack with pure strength.
Seeing that his attack failed, Alex couldn't help but click his tongue, before ten mutated cockroaches swarmed at him to the point that he was squished in the middle and forced to fall in the middle of the swarm.
Upon seeing Alex unable to move, Shun then killed the mutated cockroach infront of him with a decapitation, before hacking three more mutated cockroach on the way and rush towards Alex aid.
However the moment he did so, the mutated cockroach(Guardian) intercepted him and knocked him back with a simple punch. At the same time mutated cockroach(swordman), mutated(Assassin), and mutated cockroach(warrior), had surrounded Shun in all directions.
Seemingly this cockroach are the one who killed the unsuspecting adventurers and even eats their corpse before the body dissolves.
Seeing this Shun puts away
At the same time a blue ball of flame appeared above them, as it crashed In the middle of the swarm and froze all the nearby enemies while burned the enemies outside its radius. The one who fired this was both Sephiria and Misha who used fusion magic to cast such powerful spell.
At the same time the other adventurers were shocked to see that more of them went crazy and decided to attack the enemy,l. As if 2 wasn't enough, 2 new crazies joined the fight.
"What are you guys doing? This is a battle! Even if you cower, the enemies won't spare you" said by Misha
"If you want to survive, then fight" added by Sephiria
Hearing those words, one adventurer tried to raise their morale by shouting out a warcry, which was soon followed by other screams, as adventurers charged towards the army of mutated cockroaches.
"Ahhhhhhh!!!!"
"Kill them!"
"Attack!!!!"
"Charge!!!!"
"Let's kill these son of a bitches!!!"
"I hate bugs!!!"
Reigning in their fear, the adventurers charged ahead and took down some mutated cockroaches that were trying to recover from that initial magic attack.
Taking advantage of their confusion, Shun killed the three mutated cockroaches infront of him mainly (Assassin), (Warrior), (Swordsman), and hurriedly tried to finish off mutated cockroach(Guardian).
However it's defenses were impeccable as it's armor manage to mitigate some of Shuns attack power away, and even alerted the monster itself. Warned by its senses, the mutated cockroach(Guardian) quickly turned around and shrieked towards Shun, but before it could even make a long scream, Shun had immediately sealed its mouth shut with kick to its chin, and sucker punch from his
After that an uppercut swing to the face from
Quickly regaining balance, the monster itself then swung both of its arms towards Shun at incredible speed faster then the eye can see, only for the latter to dodged that attack easily and countered an uppercut from
But even that wasn't enough, as the mutated cockroach(Guardian) just grew angrier and swung his fist towards Shun, only for the latter to dodge it midair using its momentum, and flipped over him, grabbed its antenna, and pulled it hard to slam the huge body of the monster straight to the ground.
After that Shun grabbed the upper mouth of the mutated cockroach(Guardian) while pinning it down with his whole weight, and ripped its upper head off from the body with our strength.
What's more since this was a mutated cockroach, it seems like it lost its near immortal trait in exchange for its evolution due to this no cockroach that were killed had revived to full health at all.
At the same time flames erupted from afar, as chared body of cockroaches laid waste as Alex stepped on its corpse with his face reminding everyone of the face of an angry dragon.
With smoke coming from its mouth, claws gripping the head of the enemy, and ots eyes turning to a fine line of hostility, Alex became one of the dangerous person in this battle.
After that he then reached its arms into the air, as the spear that was thrown afar got called and immediately flew back towards Alex, however before it could reach him, a mutated cockroach intercepted its flight path and took the spear out of midair. Basically another evolved mutated cockroach had took his weapon, mutated cockroach(Dragon fly)
The mutated dragon of the insects vs the halfling dragon of the dragon race. So similar in name but different. Now two opposing force stand face to face in this confrontation.
