The horse let out a low, pained whine as the foreign object was drawn out, but it stayed remarkably still until the item was completely removed from its foot.
"Alright, got it!" Bai Xifeng said cheerfully, tossing the bloodied sliver onto the dirt.
She then pulled a small glass vial filled with a shimmering liquid from her robes.
"Open up wide." Bai Xifeng instructed, demonstrating by opening her own mouth.
The horse obediently followed her motion, opening its jaws. Bai Xifeng smoothly poured the liquid straight down its throat.
"Alright! Everything is all taken care of." Bai Xifeng declared, dusting off her sleeves.
"Y-Young Lady... What actually happened to it?" The seller asked, leaning over out of intense curiosity. "What was that long thing you pulled out from its hoof?"
