A path of red rose petals led from the entrance to the bedroom, and the bouquet of Moonroses was the centerpiece on the dinner table.
"I thought you liked the green." Lith said through the bathroom door. "I booked this place because of that. I wanted to offer you a romantic dinner surrounded by birds, flowers, and non-toddlers."
"Thanks, but we already did that for lunch." She replied. "Now it's my turn to make this date special."
She walked out of the bathroom wearing just enough makeup to emphasize her delicate features, a bit of eyeliner, and crimson-red lipstick. She also wore her "lucky clothes", a black pencil skirt and a light blue shirt.
"Far from me to criticize your choice of clothing, but that lipstick doesn't really go well with the rest." Lith frowned.
"I know." She giggled shyly. "Do you know what I'm wearing?"
